ABOUT JOSH​​​​

​Josh was raised in Maine, studied in Florida but always knew his heart was in Boston. After studying Marketing & Corporate Communications at the University of Central Florida, Josh reconnected with his biological family, who lives in Gloucester, MA and now, well over a decade later, he's never looked back after moving to this stunning and resilient city.

Whether he is working with a seller of a multi-million dollar condo or assisting a buyer searching for their first home purchase, Josh is dedicated to his clients and understands that selling and buying is more than just a transaction: It’s a life changing decision and he strives to provide a knowledgeable, fun and seamless experience.

As the Senior Associate and longest standing member of the Ricardo Rodriguez & Associates group, Josh has more than 7+ years of experience with extensive knowledge in helping buyers, sellers, renters & developers throughout Greater Boston. Not only has Josh been the Senior Sales Associate at The Lucas (33 condos) and the Sales Manager at PORT45 (104 condos), but he has also been an integral part of the execution of the marketing strategy and sales for the previously mentioned projects and numerous other small to mid-sized developments.

Josh currently lives in the South End with his dog, Hudson.
